Chimney Leadwork Documented in Epsom

The source set shows an existing flashing condition and a separate installation-stage view with individual lead step flashing pieces set into chimney mortar joints. Fresh local mortar finishing is visible around the installed pieces, but the photographs do not establish a leak diagnosis or performance outcome.

Existing flashing condition
The documented existing condition shows flashing around the brick chimney where it meets the tiled roof slope.

What the photographs show

Visible Chimney and Leadwork Details

A brick chimney adjoining a tiled roof slope
Individual lead step flashing pieces installed along the chimney and roof junction
Fresh local mortar finishing visible around the installed step flashing
An existing flashing condition documented separately in the source set

Documented project stage

The Installed Leadwork Stage Shown

The photographs record the installed leadwork stage visible at the chimney and roof junction. They do not demonstrate watertightness or establish the condition of hidden details, so another chimney should be assessed on its own evidence.
